Exclusive Services

We are a fee-based service meaning we are not covered by OHIP and require payment at the time of your appointment. We do not have access to direct billing, it is up to the client to inquire about coverage with their benefit provider.

Private Insurance

Clients often attend for services by utilizing private insurance benefits through their work. We always recommend reaching out to your benefits provider for coverage details as every plan is different.

Workplace Safety and Insurance Board - WSIB

We work with WSIB to ensure you get the psychological treatment you need due to your workplace injury.  This can include a psychological assessment, therapy, and completing forms and progress reports as necessary, etc.

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)

We submit directly to Blue Cross for reimbursement for Canadian Armed Forces Veterans and active members of the Canadian Military.

Northern Ontario Assessment Resource Centre - NOARC

For people pursuing their post-secondary education in Northern Ontario, NOARC helps to provide access to psychoeducational assessments for students suspected of having learning disabilities. In order to receive aid from NOARC, you must speak with an accessibility consultant at your school, and they will walk you through the process.

Jordan's Principle

Jordan's Principle is a federally funded program for Indigenous children. This program can provide a variety of different supports to indigenous families, including psychoeducational assessments. Our office is happy to provide quotes to families looking to access this funding.

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)

When individuals have been in a motor vehicle accident there is often psychological trauma involved. We can bill the insurance company directly to help make it easier for you to get the services you need to get better.

Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)

We provide therapy services to indigenous individuals through non-insured health benefits. These benefits mean that clients DO pay for services, as we submit billing directly to the federal government.

Probation and Parole / Youth Justice

We work with individuals involved with youth and adult probation. If you are an individual who is currently working with probation and feel that you may benefit from psychological services, please contact your probation officer to get a referral started.
