• As we target the Autonomic Nervous System: By paying attention to the client’s autonomic state, we can integrate interventions that help calm the system, as can make traditional therapy techniques more effective. We use a blend of therapies to achieve this goal (e.g., neurofeedback, yoga therapy, somatic experiencing, sensory integration, lifestyle change, sleep therapy, EMDR, and walk-and-talk therapy). These approaches are tailored to the needs of the individual.

• Support: We use thinking and/or behavioural change-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, interpersonal therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, life skills training, and more. These strategies support overall well-being and growth.
